As the first licensed conveyancer in Queanbeyan NSW, Rachel Bevan brings over 35 years’ experience in property law and conveyancing. Rachel has assisted countless clients navigate the buying, selling, and transferring of property with ease, providing clear guidance and personalised support every step of the way. Rachel further specialises in rural transactions, leases, developments and buying and selling a business. She takes pride in fighting for her clients’ interests, ensuring every property transaction is handled with precision, care, and unwavering advocacy. Known for her attention to detail, charismatic and friendly approach, Rachel ensures every transaction is smooth, efficient, and stress-free. When she’s not focusing on her practice, she is often travelling with family and spending time with her adorable baby grandson.

Chloe Pagan

Solicitor Director

Chloe is a dedicated solicitor who takes a compassionate and practical approach in helping clients navigate their legal matters. Often appearing in the Local Court of NSW and the Magistrates Court in the ACT, Chloe is able to assist with a large variety of your criminal matters. You will often see Chloe advocating for her clients in family violence and personal protection proceedings, assault, driving, drug possession charges and more. Chloe is also well versed in Family Law, taking on simple matters including drafting Binding Financial Agreements, Consent Orders, and mediations, or assisting her clients in complex parenting and property litigation. With vast experience in Estate Planning, Chloe can draft your testamentary documents with compassion and understanding and protecting your interests in probate matters. In her spare time, you’ll find Chloe out on her horse at events around the ACT and NSW regions.

Known for her thoroughness and attention to detail, Donna ensures every transaction is handled smoothly, keeping clients informed and confident every step of the way. Her professionalism, deep knowledge, and approachable manner make her an invaluable part of the Bevan & Co team. When she’s not at work, you'll often find Donna out on the water on her stand up paddle board. She loves exploring new places, having recently travelled to the Philippines with Norway next on the list!

On the weekends, you'll find Lana cooking up a storm making her delicious Macedonian meals and spending time with her family, including her adorable grandchildren who are the apple of Lana's eye!

On her days off, Amanda enjoys spending time with her young family, including her two young daughters, who are always keeping her busy!
